The Hands Behind Silent Flow

Hi, I’m Praeva, a licensed massage therapist and the founder of Silent Flow Boutique Spa.

My journey began with yoga, breathing, and meditation. These practices sparked a curiosity about how we care for ourselves—not just to keep moving, but to feel well in body and mind throughout our lives.

Long before massage became my work, it was something I loved. Living in Thailand, I often turned to massage to unwind. That feeling afterward—refreshed, lighter, and more at ease—always stayed with me. Eventually, enjoying that feeling became a desire to understand it. How does the body work? And how could I learn to offer that same care to someone else?

That curiosity led me to massage school, hands-on training, and continued study. The more people I worked with, the more I enjoyed the work. Every body was different. Each session offered something to notice, understand, and learn from.

Over time, I discovered that thoughtful massage begins with attention. It means listening to what someone shares, noticing how the body responds, and being willing to adjust rather than simply following a routine.

Working in a busy setting also helped me understand the kind of practice I wanted to create. Giving attentive care meant having time to pause, prepare, and begin each session feeling present. That understanding became the foundation of Silent Flow.

Today, Silent Flow is a quiet, private space where I welcome one client at a time. Each session is shaped around how you feel that day, with time to listen, thoughtful touch, and room for you to simply rest.
